East Germany won 1 gold (for Horst Hörnlein) and 2 Silver medals (for Wolfgang Scheidel and Angela Knösel), Italy won 2 gold medals (for Erika Lechner and duo Paul Hildgartner and Welter Pleikner), Austria won 1 silver (for due Manfred Schmid and Ewald Walch) and 1 bronze (for Manfred Schmid) and Poland won 2 bronze medals (for Barbara Piecha and duo Tudeusz Radwan and Janusz Krawczyk).
